With images of lush fields and elegant type, we created a web experience that reflects the luxury of Osprey Point's real estate.
When Mike from FMP Real Estate Services came to us for marketing assistance, one of the main channels we agreed on was a website where users could explore property details. Osprey Point needed a website to help drive traffic from digital ads and create awareness about the properties.
We started creating the custom site architecture with simplicity in mind. Information is placed strategically to aid users in following the storyline—detailing the properties, the land history, amenities, area information, a custom map, and a download of the elegant brochure.
To enhance the impact of photography, we created a clean design and feel that maintains tones of elegance and grandeur. Also, the design team rendered animated page loading styles that transition users across pages with the simple swipe of osprey.
Every interaction was thought through in order to showcase the legacy of the land without unnecessary distraction. The site allows users to reach out directly to Mike through the site’s inquiry form.
The Designsensory team also suggested naming the lots in order to help communication with prospective buyers. We crafted several naming options, and relied upon descriptive words and narratives relevant to each lot. See the final names.
Simultaneously, we used custom photography shot by PopFizz to build out the creative for the social and digital ads—geared around the property and its amenities.
