Zoo Knoxville

The partnership that inspires generations to save animals from extinction. From record-breaking attendance to immersive campaigns.
Since 2016, our partnership with Zoo Knoxville has evolved from a capital campaign into a strategic, full-scale marketing collaboration with one clear goal: save animals from extinction. Together, we inspire conservation, connect people to wildlife, and create unforgettable experiences that drive attendance and support the zoo’s mission. Through Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned strategies, we’ve launched high-impact campaigns and built engaging edutainment channels, all while consulting on a seamless omnichannel approach.

    Zoo Knoxville's Planet Predator Campaign

Bringing Past Predators to the Present
How do you create an experience that commands the attention of both families and thrill-seekers? That was the challenge Zoo Knoxville presented to us. The answer: build a primeval world of the past where apex hunters escape… and enter our world in Knoxville. Featuring awe-inspiring creatures like the Megalodon, Smilodon, and Titanoboa, ‘Planet Predator’ needed to evoke both fear and fascination while educating visitors on predators’ crucial roles in balancing ecosystems.

    The Wild Life Series

The Animals We Love and the Heroes Who Take Care of Them
Each episode of The Wild Life highlights an endangered species living at the Zoo and all that goes into taking care of them. The entertaining, educational series demonstrates the Zoo’s mission and vision, in a way people can connect to virtually. We kicked off the series with Tiana the Giant Anteater, and explored different endangered species in each episode. This channel allowed us to inform audiences and establish and build relationships between Zoo Knoxville and its guests, even when they couldn’t physically be there.
