Brixx Wood Fired Pizza wanted to showcase fresh ingredients and an array of menu options, along with celebrating the camaraderie and atmosphere of the restaurants. Designsensory and sister company PopFizz collaborated on creative concepts, shot lists, styling and talent to infuse the Brixx brand and build out versatile photography that could be incorporated across marketing channels.
The creative team and production crew traveled to a field shoot at the brand’s corporate kitchen restaurant located in Fort Mills, South Carolina, to capture flavors, families and the fun that comes to life at Brixx. Our team wanted to showcase how the restaurant atmosphere, experience, dining and drink options often transition from lunch to dinner, and we took a unique approach to the production by extending the day shoot to into the night.
To develop assets for a responsive website to allow for scaling across different sized screens (desktops, laptops and mobile devices,) staging and shot direction was crucial. This shoot gave the Brixx team a host of assets that would be optimal for any size device and could be used in other marketing materials such as printed menus, table top displays and additional advertising.
