PetSafe®, known as an innovator in the pet care industry, was adding new products and projects starting in 2014—and expanding the brand family. They came to Designsensory to maintain brand integrity, grow its product base and still remain flexible, fresh and exciting.
We were PetSafe’s brand consultancy for much of the company’s creative work—especially for new national branding projects.
Designsensory handled the entire family of PetSafe products and new business units from branding onward. We’ve helped develop national campaigns, television commercials and websites that introduced new PetSafe products to the world, brought dog parks to people and their furry friends, and given pet owners the chance to weigh in on products in development.
We managed the PetSafe brand narrative across all platforms and created new concepts for telling its story. We maintained brand consistency during the initial redesign of their consumer website: when PetSafe launched Vet Therapies, Labs and other projects; when we partnered on a national campaign; and when we developed concepts and managed online voting for their Bark for Your Park contests.
Designsensory set a design style for PetSafe.net and handled eCommerce sites from design to splice. We also developed the initial site for PetSafe Labs, a research and development website where user groups test and discuss products in development. We also created PetSafe’s initial round of infographics and developed branding, designs and packaging for PetSafe Vet Therapies products.
With our production partner PopFizz, we art directed, filmed and edited several national television spots and created numerous online ad campaigns.
