Courtney moved to Knoxville in 2010 and completed a master’s in Communications from University of Tennessee in 2012. Since then, she has worked almost constantly with websites, starting with small local businesses and then moving to In10sity, a web agency. In that time her focus has shifted from design and SEO to content and information architecture, always putting accessibility first.

Courtney brought this passion for content and accessibility to Designsensory, where she continues to hone her content management and information architecture skills. As a content expert, she works with a variety of teams and projects.

Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys playing video games and tabletop RPGs, reading fantasy and science fiction, trying new recipes and restaurants, and collecting dragons.
