Cole’s passion for understanding and learning human behavior inspired his interest in the public relations and communications strategy field.

Cole refined his research and problem-solving skills while earning his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After interning for Designsensory as a part-time Research Analyst, Cole decided to continue to learn and grow with our incredibly talented and supportive team as a full-time Intelligence Strategist, in January 2023. 

Experience:

He came to the agency armed with experience from his previous internship at Tombras and a financial education nonprofit called Pockets Change. Cole researched, reported and analyzed campaign results and extracted online conversion research pertaining to client-related pain points and industry trends. He compiled competitive reports and provided key analysis and KPI tracking for internal teams. The strategic public relations practitioner has been awarded for excellence in persuasive communication and rhetoric. He is a national champion speaker, active member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and board member of Bryant’s Bridge, a local nonprofit for homeless youth. In his time with Designsensory, Cole strives to empower stakeholders by combining creativity with data-driven decision making. 

Outside of Work:

When he isn’t analyzing human behavior patterns, Cole volunteers for local speech events and debates. He is a self-proclaimed news junkie who enjoys traveling to new places.
