From there, Lauren took on leadership roles at GlynnDevins and Bailey Lauerman, expanding her expertise in agency operations, financial management, and business strategy. She played a pivotal role in securing key partnerships with brands like Bosch Power Tools, Bosch e-Bikes, Marriott Autograph Collection, UnitedHealthcare, and Cargill.

A natural problem-solver with an instinct for meaningful connections, Lauren thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and collaboration.
