Biltmore

A Historic Partnership With a Historic Estate
One of the most popular attractions in America, Asheville’s Biltmore Estate, sought out Designsensory to revamp their digital experience. Due to our unique combination of design expertise and technical prowess, we were tasked with redesigning both the main estate website and the ecommerce platform.

    Biltmore.com Website

A Seamless, Story-Driven Digital Experience for America’s Favorite Home
We began with user testing, refining every interaction for clarity and ease. Information architecture was overhauled to guide visitors effortlessly through Biltmore’s history and offerings. Design and branding captured the estate’s grandeur, while custom copywriting deepened emotional connections.

Transforming Biltmore’s Brand and E-Commerce Experience
We refreshed Biltmore’s branding to create a cohesive presence, then designed a beautifully branded online shop with strategic UX improvements and refined digital architecture to optimize the e-commerce experience and drive engagement. To support this new platform and brand, we also captured high-quality photography of their entire product catalog, showcasing its timeless elegance in a modernized way.

A Standalone E-Commerce Experience Built for Growth

Biltmoreshop.com wanted to increase sales by 15% and create a separate brand identity from Biltmore.com. To achieve this, they needed a new Shopify platform, independent from the main estate website.
