Company Overview

Designsensory, founded in 2001, is an integrated marketing agency specializing in beautiful provocation. For over 20 years, we’ve brought fresh thinking and the kind of no-BS collaboration that makes a big difference. No ego, no fluff—just a shared drive to win together. Every piece we create, and every strategy we deliver, is built with a purpose: to ensure our clients are seen, heard and loved. Our work speaks for itself. It’s not just about being noticed; it’s about being unforgettable.

Role Overview

  • Brand Development: As directed by the VP of Design and Content, update, and maintain company brand identity (logos, templates, marketing collateral) to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Marketing Collateral: Produce high-quality digital and print assets (brochures, website visuals, social media graphics) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Market Positioning: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand target audiences and create materials that directly support business development strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside art directors, writers, and developers to deliver cohesive, multi-platform work.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience working closely with marketing, sales, or creative directors to meet project goals.
  • Ability to translate complex business strategies into easy-to-understand, engaging visuals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Solid communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across digital, social, and print; campaign work is a must.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency with Figma is a must.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital design best practices.
  • Motion, video editing, or 3D design experience is a plus, but not required.
