It’s ADDY time again, and here’s what took home the trophies.
“Tennessee Uncharted”—the television show for Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency that shines a light on fascinating people, places and adventures across our state—was awarded first place for a television series by the Association for Conservation Information.
What better venue than a private hangar at McGhee Tyson Airport for a gala honoring Eddie Mannis, who serves as a commissioner on the Metropolitan Airport Authority Board? Eddie, president of Prestige Cleaners and Prestige Tuxedo, was selected by the Knoxville chapter of the American Marketing Association (KAMA) as its 2015 Outstanding Marketing Professional.
Breaking news! For the first time in Designsensory history, our work is going to be honored at the Volunteer Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America’s V Awards! This is also the first time we’ve entered, so it's very exciting for us.

On Saturday, February 28th, several DSers walked across the stage at the Downtown Hilton Hotel in Knoxville to pick up ADDY Awards for the past year's work. In addition to winning recognition for ALL of our entries, DS Strategist Josh Loebner was inducted into the Knoxville Advertising Hall of Fame. Congratulations Josh!

With an African crested porcupine as a greeter at the Knoxville Zoo venue and the precocious parrot Einstein going through her 200+ paces, the Knoxville American Marketing Association's Honors Awards celebration raised the bar for fun and adventure—and for recognizing the standouts among us.
In early April, the Knoxville Chamber announced 24 finalists for its 2014 Pinnacle Business Awards, which recognizes and celebrates outstanding businesses and businesspeople in the East Tennessee area. Our very own Joseph Nother was nominated for the Young Entrepreneur Award.
