Staylist is a Knoxville-based reservation management software for businesses in the lodging industry. From RV parks and campsites to vacation rentals and tiny homes, Staylist allows business owners to efficiently manage their units, rates, bookings and more.
They came to Designsensory with an ambitious goal of adding a customer-facing interface. That meant providing users with an opportunity to discover 7,258+ outdoor adventures. It also meant rebranding to better fit a consumer market and launch the brand into the broader OTT space.
With the 2019 National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo in its hometown, Staylist wanted to launch the new brand in a big way. We designed an elaborate trade show activation out of an old storage container and the results far exceeded expectations. See it all in the project pages below.
To launch the new brand, we began with research to uncover the people who would most likely use this app. We expanded those personas in order to determine brand attributes, mission, vision and mood boards.
With the new brand underway, we also explored video branding and collateral. To launch the new branch, we helped brand an experiential event for the new Staylist technology, as well as the new look and feel.
Together, Designsensory and Staylist have launched an OTT experience that RV enthusiasts, campers, glamping fanatics and pure outdoor lovers can enjoy.
