Client Communications
Client Communication:
To make client communication easier, Designsensory uses Basecamp, an online project portal that allows clients to post messages and files and to access information posted by our staff. This easy-to-use system allows both clients and staff members to instantly view and share messages, changes, status reports, checklists and more with the click of a mouse.
Account Executive / Client Relations Coordinator
Our client relations coordinator provides one point of contact for all of our clients' needs, eliminating the frustration of trying to remember which staff member to call for which services. In addition to facilitating agency-client communications, our client relations corrdinator helps maintain timelines and meeting schedules and keep track of changes in clients' needs.
Queue Process
We know it's important to you that your work be done in a timely manner. In order to manage the schedules of our many clients in design, web development, and e-commerce, we maintain a queue system for accomplishing client work on a first-come-first served basis. When we receive your go-ahead to begin work on a project, it goes directly into the appropriate work queue in the order received. While there are sometimes emergencies that require our immediate attention, we feel this is the fairest and most organized way to meet every client's needs.
