Client: Anderson County
Anderson County Tourism Brand Identity
Seeking a new visual identity, the Anderson County Tourism Council partnered with Designsensory for the organization’s new look. Mandates incorporated into the design included highlighting the location of Anderson County in East Tennessee and sharing names of cities within the county: Norris, Oak Ridge, Clinton, Lake City and Oliver Springs. Designsensory created visual elements reflective of the area’s geography, history and hospitality.
The goal is to get people to take that next step after seeing the logo to explore Anderson County further—on their website, in a brochure, at a trade show or in a visitor center. The Anderson County Tourism Council was established to share information about visiting Anderson County, Tennessee, which includes Norris Lake, Windrock Mountain, the Museum of Appalachia, WWII Secret City, Green McAdoo Cultural Center, as well as many other natural and cultural attractions.
